JICF Women’s Ministry¶
JICF Women’s Ministry is non-denominational and English-speaking, based in Jakarta. It provides structured discipleship resources to help women navigate modern challenges with biblical wisdom, emphasizing prayer, Scripture, and authentic relationships as the foundation for spiritual growth.
Mission¶
To disciple women into fully devoted followers of Christ, equipping them to grow in Christlikeness and to live out the Great Commission in their daily lives.
Vision¶
We envision a multicultural, grace-filled community where women of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages grow together in Christ. Unity in diversity reflects God’s Kingdom, and we welcome women from every nationality, denomination, and walk of life into authentic fellowship.
Purpose¶
Our purpose is to help women deepen their relationship with Christ through Scripture, prayer, discipleship, and authentic community. We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where women can share struggles, encourage one another, and experience transformation through God’s Word.

Bible Study Series¶
The Women’s Ministry offers a structured series of studies designed to guide women through spiritual growth:
- The Way: Growing in love, grace, and knowledge of Christ.
- Into Christlikeness: Addressing daily struggles with Scripture.
- Increasing in Christlikeness: Finding biblical answers amid competing voices.
- Maturing in Christlikeness: Healing, loneliness, addictions, unanswered prayers.
- Established in Christlikeness: Obeying the Great Commission and multiplying disciples.
- Pruning for Fruitfulness: Deep transformation through God’s refining work.
Outcomes¶
Through fellowship and study, women will:
- Develop a deeper love for Christ and His Word.
- Experience healing and renewal in areas of struggle.
- Grow in spiritual maturity and obedience to the Great Commission.
- Build lasting friendships that reflect the unity of the Body of Christ.
Leadership¶
Mimi Suhartanto serves as Director of Women’s Ministry and Children’s Ministry.
She holds a Doctor of Education in Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and is passionate about teaching, discipleship, and fulfilling the Great Commission. Mimi provides guidance and leadership for the ministry and is the primary contact for women seeking involvement.
